Riverwalk Animal Hospital FAQs
FAQs
Is Riverwalk Animal Hospital AAHA-accredited?
Yes! Riverwalk Animal Hospital is accredited by the Riverwalk Animal Hospital Association. AAHA-accredited practices are at the heart of better care for pets and their people.

Does Riverwalk Animal Hospital accept pet insurance or offer payment plans?
Yes! There are several options to assist our clients with costs. Riverwalk Animal Hospital can recommend offerings such as the All Pet Card, Scratchpay, CareCredit®, and pet insurance.
For monthly payments, AllPet, CareCredit, and Scratchpay may offer a plan to meet your needs. Pet insurance companies typically reimburse for services approved according to their policies. Riverwalk Animal Hospital will ensure you have a paid invoice for submission to your pet insurance carrier.
Can Riverwalk Hospital deliver medication, prescription diets, or preventatives to my home?
Yes! Riverwalk Animal Hospital’s online pharmacy/store can help with that! Note that a current prescription may be required to order certain products from our store.
Current pet owners may also call us for refills for pick up at our hospital – be sure to ask us for processing time or a special-order time frame. Pets must be current with recommended wellness exams for prescription refills.
